It’s never too late to improve your health and fitness. Fit Over 50 is a program with your own 1-2-1 trainer, designed to help you feel confident and motivated into exercise later in life. Exercise helps both body and mind to stay young and Fit Over 50 aims to help people find their way into healthier, more active lives.
Why not try a 1-2-1 boxercise session as a change from your usual gym routine? Padwork is great for stress relief and there is a great variety of exercises to improve your fitness and body shape.
Boxercise sessions are also available as part of a school or college sports program. Ask your Sports Department to get in touch on 07885 293 088.
If you are looking to improve you abilities for grading, competition, or just to enhance your skill, book a one off session with a Black Belt Instructor.
